A Tanács kinevezte Cosmin Dinescut az Európai Unió örményországi partnerségi missziója (EUPM Örményország) misszióvezetőjévé.

A Tanács elfogadta az egyiptomi fegyveres erők megsegítését célzó, az Európai Békekeret keretében megvalósuló 2. támogatási intézkedést. Ezzel 40 millió EUR-ra nőtt az egyiptomi fegyveres erőknek ez idáig nyújtott támogatás összege.
