TASR: Nem fordul előzetes döntéshozatali kérdéssel az Európai Unió Bíróságához a Bazini Speciális Büntetőbíróság (ŠTS/Pezinok) azzal kapcsolatban, hogy felhasználhatók-e lefoglalt mobiltelefonokból szerzett bizonyítékok a tárgyaláson. Miroslav Mazúch, a bírói szenátus elnöke ezt a Kuciak-gyilkosság ügyében zajló tárgyaláson jelentette be szerdán (3. 11.). Marián Kočner védőügyvédje, Marek Para indítványozta, hogy forduljanak ilyen kérdéssel az európai bírósághoz. A bazini bíróság már korábban bejelentette, hogy elfogadja bizonyítékként a Threema alkalmazáson keresztül folytatott üzenetváltásokat.

A szerdán elfogadott jelentés hangsúlyozza, hogy a bővítés stratégiai válasz a változó geopolitikai valóságra, és létfontosságú befektetés az EU biztonságába és stabilitásába.
