A Kulturális és Innovációs Minisztérium által a Nemzeti Kutatási, Fejlesztési és Innovációs Hivatal (a továbbiakban: NKFI Hivatal) kezelésében meghirdetett Proof of Concept című, 2024-2.1.3-POC kódszámú felhívás (a továbbiakban: Felhívás) 2024. december 19-én került kiírásra, a pályázati program célja az alapkutatás és a kereskedelmi hasznosítás közötti legkockázatosabb szakasz áthidalása. A program célja továbbá a hazai mélytechnológiai (deeptech) ökoszisztéma megerősítése, a mélytechnológiai vállalatok számának és értékének növelése. A program különösen, de nem kizárólag a már korábban támogatást nyert és megvalósított kutatási pályázatokból származó – kutatási eredmények kereskedelmiesítését elősegítő fejlesztéseket támogatja.

Germany's Federal Administrative Court has lifted the ban on the far-right magazine Compact. The court ruled that although much of its content, including the description of migrants as second-class citizens, violated human dignity and democratic principles, this was not a defining feature of the magazine. Presiding judge Ingo Kraft also emphasised that the constitution guarantees freedom of expression and freedom of the press, even to enemies of freedom.
