Conclusions of the 52nd meeting of the EEA Council.

On 19 November 2019, the Council adopted conclusions on the evaluation of the annual rule of law dialogue.

The Ministers of Justice and Home Affairs of Finland, representing the Presidency of the Council of the EU, together with the European Commission met with their counterparts from the Western Balkans at the annual EU-Western Balkans Ministerial Forum on Justice and Home Affairs. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the incoming Croatian Presidency.

President Tusk and Prime Minister Andrej Plenković met in Zagreb and discussed preparations for Croatia's first ever EU presidency.

Diese Vereinbarung ermöglicht es Frontex, Serbien beim Grenzmanagement zu unterstützen, gemeinsame Aktionen durchzuführen und – vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung Serbiens – Teams in die Regionen Serbiens zu entsenden, die an die EU angrenzen.

Der Rat hat heute Schlussfolgerungen angenommen, in denen er als Reaktion auf die neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse ehrgeizige Maßnahmen zum Schutz der Ozeane und Meere sowie ihrer Ökosysteme fordert, die besonders anfällig für den Klimawandel sind.
