Der Rat hat eine Empfehlung über ein angemessenes Mindesteinkommen zur Bekämpfung von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung angenommen. Einkommensunterstützung gilt als angemessen, wenn sie ein Leben in Würde in allen Lebensphasen gewährleistet. Den Mitgliedstaaten wird empfohlen, bis spätestens 2030 schrittweise ein angemessenes Niveau der Einkommensunterstützung zu erreichen und gleichzeitig die Tragfähigkeit der öffentlichen Finanzen wahren.

Der Rat hat die restriktiven Maßnahmen angesichts der Handlungen Russlands, die die Lage in der Ukraine destabilisieren, um sechs Monate verlängert.
