Press briefing ahead of the Economic and Financial Affairs Council will take place on 13 February 2023 at 11:00.

Upon his arrival for the Special European Council meeting of 9 February 2023, President Charles Michel highlighted the main topics that will be discussed and underlined that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will address the EU leaders.

In her address, the European Parliament President Metsola called for unity in support of Ukraine, in response to migration challenges and in rebuilding trust in the European economy.
