Das Bundesgericht hat am Dienstag die Klage eines CS-Aktionärs gegen den Bund im Zusammenhang mit der Übernahme der Credit Suisse durch die UBS abgewiesen. Der Mann hatte die Eidgenossenschaft zur Zahlung von Schadenersatz in Höhe von rund 140'000 Franken verklagt.
