A Tanács az Európai Ügyészség öt új európai ügyészét nevezte ki.

A Tanács elnöksége és az Európai Parlament tárgyalói ideiglenes megállapodásra jutottak a tőkekövetelményekről szóló irányelvről és a tőkekövetelményekről szóló rendeletről. Ez a két jogszabály az utolsó a Bizottság 2021. évi banki intézkedéscsomagjában és azon jogszabályok sorában, amelyekre a Bázel III nemzetközi megállapodások uniós jogba történő beépítéséhez szükség van.

The Council extends the mandate of EUBAM Libya, EUBAM Rafah and EUPOL COPPS, and adjusts the mandate of EUBAM Libya.

The Council approved conclusions on digital diplomacy stressing that the role and leadership of the EU and its member states in the international digital governance is more important than ever.

The new regulation will create a common cybersecurity framework for all the EU entities and improve their resilience and incident response capacities.

The Council imposed further restrictive measures on 7 individuals responsible for human rights violations in Iran.

A Tanács következtetéseket hagyott jóvá Szomáliáról, amelyek középpontjában a szövetségi kormány által elért eredmények állnak és amelyekben a Tanács megerősítette, hogy az EU támogatja a stabilitáshoz és a reformokhoz vezető folyamatot.

A Tanács határozatot fogadott el, amellyel (folyó árakon) több mint 12 milliárd EUR-ra tovább emeli az Európai Békekeret pénzügyi felső határát.
